Enhancing self-awareness, self-trust, and self-advocacy are part of her coaching process.  Marla offers support and accountability, as she and her clients co-create strengths-based, action focused strategies. While goals are personalized, they often reflect enhancing time and task management and organization. Considered are factors that may be impacting goal success and they include perfectionism, procrastination, and anxiety. Strategies to enhance self-care (sleep, exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness) are also considered if the client desires.
